Museum Passes

Museum Passes are available for Pequannock Township residents with Pequannock Township Public Library cards in good standing.

Passes are available on a first come, first served basis. No reservations or renewals are available. You may borrow a museum pass for 3 days. See FAQs below for more details.

Available Museum Passes
Children’s Museum of Manhattan 
Free admission for 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children OR 1 adult + 3 children).

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum 
Free admission for 2 adults and 2 children. Admission to the Enterprise space shuttle is not included. *You must show your Pequannock Library card along with the pass to gain admittance to the Intrepid Museum.

Montclair Art Museum 
Free admission for 2 adults and all children in the same household up to age 18.

Morris County Parks
Admission for 2 adults and 3 children to any/all sites:
Fosterfields Living Historical Farm (Morristown)
Historic Speedwell (Morristown), &
Cooper Gristmill (Chester)

Morris Museum
Free general admission for 2 adults and 3 children.

Museum of Early Trades & Crafts
Admission for 2 adults and all children in the same household.

The Museum of Modern Art | MoMA 
Free admission for up to 5 people. All children age 16 and under are admitted for free and do not count towards the 5 guests included in the library pass.

Newark Museum of Art
Admission for 2 adults and all children in the same household.

Museum Pass FAQs
Who can reserve museum passes?
Pequannock residents with valid library cards (adults 18+).

Only one pass per museum may be borrowed per card/family in the same loan period.

How do I reserve a museum pass?
Passes can’t be reserved. They are available first come, first served.

When do I have to return it?
Passes can be borrowed for 3 days. You will receive a due date receipt when you check out. You must return passes in person to the front desk.

What happens if I return a pass late or lose it?
If passes are not returned on time, the fine per day is $5. Lost passes will be assessed at the replacement rate determined by the museum. The range can be anywhere from $75-$750.

Why these museums?
These museums were selected based on the interests of our community, and are museums that offer Library Museum Pass Programs. Note: Grounds for Sculpture, Liberty Science Center, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art do not offer library passes.
